Return & Exchange Policy

Bruno Pets receives all products information directly from the manufactures. If you are not sure if the product matches the description or have any doubts please do not place an order until you have contacted us. 

We are happy to look and verify any question you might have.

Please make sure you contact us before placing an order for a product where the measurements are important. This may include freezers, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dish washers etc. 

Due to the fact that we are trying to bring to you the lowest prices on the net, shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we shipped you the wrong item or a defective unit. We will credit or exchange unused, defective items only. Items returned without original packaging will be refused and we won't be able to refund your order.

Defective Unit

If you got a defective unit, we will replace it and will pay for collecting and shipping the new product. If we are unable to find a new product you will get 100% refund for the entire order.

Cancellation Policy

We do not cancel orders pre-ship at this time since we ship orders as soon as possible so we have set up our system to automatically process your order as fast as possible. For that reason, once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. If an error is made, we need you to accept the package and request a return authorisation to return the package (if our return policy below allows) for a refund. 

Unfortunately the shipping costs cannot be refunded and the shipping back to us will be at your own expense.

Should you refuse to accept the order we will not be able to refund the shipping cost and the 17% stocking fee (but no less than $5) will apply.

The shipping/handling cost for a Free Shipping Order will be deducted from the total order value.

Please be sure that you want to make the purchase before submitting the order. A return fee, our shipping costs, a 17% restocking fee and any other applicable fees will be charged on orders refused at delivery.

Return Policy

Bruno Pets has a money back guaranty (except the restocking fee and shipping costs as described below) provided you contact us for a RA within 30 days of receipt of the package. In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact us for a RA. Once you receive a RA via email all items must be returned within 5 days. We do not accept requests for returns after 30 days from the day of receipt of the package. If the package is returned without us issuing a RA or without the RA # on it, the return will be refused and we won't be able to refund your order.

The shipping/handling cost for a Free Shipping Order will be deducted from the total order value.

We are unable to refund the cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted. 

Please note: We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be unused and in their original packaging with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer, insured and with tracking code emailed to us. Also, a restocking fee of 17% (but no less than $5) will be applied.  

Please Note

1. We will not accept returns on any Shavers, Personal Care items, or Intimate products that have been used due to hygiene concerns .

2. We will not accept returns on any Software, Video Games, Computer Parts, or Laptop/PC's.

3. We will not accept returns on bulbs.

4. We will not accept any products back if they have been damaged or scratched.
